The beautiful City of Portimão, in de Algarve, Portugal, was selected to be the host city of the first TRITON CHAMPIONSHIP event, on October 24, 25 and 26 of 2025.
The first CHAMPIONSHIP event will be hosted if the TRITON 3 format. A stage like triathlon that takes place across 3 consecutive days.
The swim will take place on Friday afternoon, the bike on Saturday morning and the run on Sunday morning.
The CHAMPIONSHIP will host a SPRINT, a MIDDLE, a LONG, a CORPORATE and the finals of the Global Ranking competition.
The next CHAMPIONSHIP event is expected to be hosted in the TRITON 1 format, a regular one day triathlon hosting the same competitions.
